HemiSystems is a full-service company, which means that beyond our millwright, rigging, and plant relocation services, we also provide our customers with high quality steel, stainless steel, galvanized, copper, and aluminum fabrications.

Experienced & Well Equipped
All of our fabrication craftsmen are AWS D1.1/D1.2 certified, experienced with AutoCAD and up to speed with the latest industry safety standards. Our team can build your design or we can create one for you, as well as paint and install the final product. As part of every job, we conduct visual inspections, non-destructive testing, and quality checks to adhere to fabrication and quality standards. We have over 60,000 sq. ft. of shop space and 5 acres of laydown area, as well as a paint booth where we can finish your project. Final surface treatments that we offer include surface preparations to various SSPC standards, bead blasting, several varieties of paint finishes, surface polishing and hot dip galvanizing.
